What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly reporting cycles, delivering decision-ready recommendations.
• Prepare management and board materials that translate complex financial analysis into clear performance narratives.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to challenge business logic, optimize unit economics, and drive accountability for growth targets.
• Support fundraising by leading data room preparation and quality-checking financial models, performance data, and due diligence materials.
• Work with accounting, commercial, and data teams to improve finance systems and processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge unsupported assumptions.
• Deep understanding of fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies.
