What you will do

• Manage annual budget and rolling forecast processes, stress-testing assumptions and producing consolidated views.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning, headcount modelling, and long-range forecasting.
• Track and report on key SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn performance.
• Own financial reporting for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), translating numbers into decision-ready narratives.
• Actively use and implement AI tools to automate reconciliations, data cleaning, and recurring analyses.
• Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to provide financial insight and decision support.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology business.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London.
• AI-native working style with practical experience using AI tools to automate routine finance tasks.
• Fluency in SaaS commercial metrics and the business model dynamics behind them.
• Ability to build clean, structured financial models and write crisp variance commentary.
• Strong communication skills for presenting confidently to senior audiences and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with or a perspective on dedicated FP&A and forecasting platforms.
• Exposure to investor relations or fundraising processes.
