What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and revenue accounting.
• Provide variance analysis and financial reporting to senior management to identify performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and drive operational efficiencies.
• Create comprehensive financial models to forecast performance and analyze various business scenarios.
• Support strategic initiatives, including fundraising and financial due diligence.
• Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years post-qualified experience with a strong advisory or corporate finance background.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Google Suite skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholder interaction at all levels.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London

• Experience with NetSuite.
