What you will do

• Build and maintain a 5-year business plan model incorporating scenario modelling, debt financing, and M&A functionality.
• Maintain a deal-ready data room to facilitate smooth financial, legal, and commercial due diligence.
• Lead annual strategic planning, bottom-up budgeting, and half-yearly forecasting processes.
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial insights and reporting to the Executive Committee, Board, and investors.
• Partner with department heads to manage cost bases, drive commercial improvements, and manage workforce planning.
• Develop KPIs, unit economics, and pricing analysis in collaboration with commercial leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong technical accounting and proven financial modelling capability.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar FP&A or finance business partnering role.
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to finance workflows.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel (pivot tables, index match/lookups) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
