What you will do

• Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Design and enhance complex forecasting models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows using AI and modern tooling.
• Leverage NetSuite and BI tools to improve data integrity and reduce manual effort.
• Provide actionable management reporting on unit economics, retention, and profitability.
• Partner with Operating Group leaders to translate financial data into performance-driving insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth multi-entity software environments.
• Proven experience with AI tools, automation, or BI platforms for financial process improvement.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a decentralized environment.
