What you will do

  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Execute quantitative analysis of business unit performance and unit economics to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear financial narratives and presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide data-driven financial guidance and challenge strategic assumptions.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for system and process improvements, focusing on automation and analytical capabilities.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results against budgets, providing detailed variance analysis to the Finance Director.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PQE with a professional background in Financial Services.
  • CIMA qualification or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience with Tableau or Looker reporting tools.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Technical proficiency with sophisticated accounting systems (Netsuite experience is an advantage).
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Keen interest in Blockchain technology or Bitcoin.
  • Experience with IPO processes.
  • Experience in preparing board-level reports.
