Senior Project Manager (Nuclear/SMR): Managing complex small modular reactor development projects spanning design, fabrication, and deployment with an accent on cost, schedule, quality, earned value, and cross-functional execution. Focus on leading first-of-a-kind activities, resolving high-risk interfaces, controlling multi-year project baselines, and delivering nuclear technology projects against customer requirements.
Location: Hybrid work is preferred from the Houston or Corvallis offices, with remote work available within the contiguous United States. Travel of up to 50% is required.

What you will do
- Plan and execute complex internal and external projects related to small modular reactor product realization.
- Develop and control project management plans, baselines, execution strategies, procedures, and earned value plans.
- Coordinate discipline managers, performing organizations, work package managers, and qualified project resources.
- Manage project risks, issues, interfaces, escalations, and corrective actions across the organization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering earned value metrics, schedule and cost performance, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
- Ensure project delivery meets customer requirements, quality standards, safety expectations, cost targets, and schedule objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience managing highly complex projects with multiple interfaces.
- Experience in the nuclear, energy, power plant architecture and engineering, or power plant EPC industry.
- Strong understanding of the nuclear development environment, NSSS, reactor design, and Pressurized Water Reactor designs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PMI project management principles, integrated cost and schedule control, or ANSI EIA-748-C earned value management practices.
- Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent certification.
