What you will do

• Manage all aspects of complex cross-departmental projects including scope, requirements, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and provide guidance on organizational policies, guidelines, and tools for consistent project management.
• Establish corporate measurements, tracking, and reporting processes to support corporate objectives.
• Lead project prioritization and reporting meetings to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Socialize project management best practices across the organization and guide employees in execution.
• Oversee and supervise external contracted resources for enterprise projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in software project management for multiple large, complex projects.
• Experience working within defined SDLC frameworks and process-driven environments (e.g., CMMI, ITIL).
• Must be available for a hybrid or on-site schedule in Folsom, CA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree (MBA, MS, or MA).
• PMI PMP Project Management and Agile/SCRUM certifications.
• Experience in the ISO or Utility industry.
