What you will do

• Own project plans, milestones, and deliverables across the full implementation lifecycle; monitor and report progress to ensure on-time launches within scope.
• Perform early risk assessments and proactively address bottlenecks, technical hurdles, and scope creep with mitigation strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather, confirm, and document business and technical requirements; define implementation scope and configuration workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between client and internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Support, Customer Success) to manage escalations and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Manage client stakeholders through change management to drive platform adoption and keep implementation responsibilities on track.
• Contribute to scaling and standardizing onboarding methodologies to reduce onboarding cycle times.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (fully remote role)
• 3–5 years of project management experience managing onboarding B2B SaaS solutions or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex SaaS concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations with strong time management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or traditional Waterfall project management frameworks (PMP or CSM preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., GuideCX, Clickup, Jira, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).

Nice to have

• Experience working with public sector/public safety clients.
• PMP or CSM certification.
