Technical Content Developer (DevOps)

Location: Remote-first across Europe and the Americas, with availability aligned to GMT-5 to GMT+3.

What you will do

• Identify valuable DevOps and platform engineering workflows with the product team.
• Build working demos using pipelines, integrations, configurations, staging environments, and runnable code.
• Write blog posts, tutorials, how-to guides, and documentation that explain complex systems clearly.
• Publish and distribute content through the company blog, relevant communities, Reddit, Hacker News, Slack groups, and social media.
• Develop a growing library of use cases and maintain documentation that reduces support questions.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence of at least one substantial piece per week.

Requirements

• DevOps or platform engineering background, including deployments, CI pipelines, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to write working code and create real, runnable technical examples independently.
• Previous experience publishing clear and concise technical content.
• Strong product intuition and ability to think in workflows and use cases rather than feature lists.
• Self-directed approach to identifying topics, trends, and distribution opportunities.
• Daily use of AI tools such as coding agents and LLMs for drafting, review, or prototyping; comfort working asynchronously in a distributed team.
