What you will do

• Represent SS&P with a logistics focus in product teams to ensure alignment between product development and supply chain operations.
• Secure product-level material availability across relevant MDUs and sites, providing transparent reporting on risks and BoM status.
• Drive proactive identification and mitigation of logistics risks from the definition phase through to ready-for-volume.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, including P&D and CSCM, to resolve gaps in the product critical path.
• Translate demand, design, and integration plan changes into actionable logistics impacts and required actions.
• Support the definition of Product Cycle Time and Move Rate roadmaps to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, or project management within a high-tech environment.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and supplier management.
• Expert knowledge of PLM processes, PGP deliverables, and manufacturing readiness.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Jose, CA (Hybrid).
