SS&P PL Logistics (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site in San Jose, California, United States, with a flexible workplace arrangement allowing remote work up to two days per week.

Salary: $120,750–$181,125 base annual salary.

What you will do

• Represent Strategic Sourcing & Procurement in product teams with a logistics focus and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Secure material availability across modules and sites while reporting logistics risks, critical-path status, and Bill of Material readiness.
• Coordinate Product Generation Process logistics deliverables and provide module information for decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate product-level logistics risks, material escalations, and supply-chain constraints.
• Support Product Cycle Time and Move Rate roadmaps, logistics budgets, and supply-chain readiness decisions.
• Translate demand, design, and integration changes into logistics impacts, risks, and action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a similar technical field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, or project management in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with new product introduction processes, supplier management, logistics implementation, material availability, and supplier readiness.
• Expert knowledge of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Product Lifecycle Management processes, including Product Generation Process deliverables.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• On-site presence in San Jose is required for in-person events, training, meetings, and collaboration; remote work is available up to two days per week.
