What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, budgets, resources, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead end-user computing workstreams covering device refreshes, laptop deployments, M365 migrations, application upgrades, onboarding, and device lifecycle activities.
• Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and report project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, EUC Engineering, business, and deployment teams.
• Manage third-party suppliers and vendors, user communications, workshops, governance meetings, and steering committees.
• Ensure go-live readiness and a controlled transition to business-as-usual support.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering EUC, desktop, laptop, or device refresh projects.
• Strong project management experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders, deployment engineers, service desk teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Excellent communication, planning, organisational, risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and governance practices.
• Experience in the energy, oil, or gas industry.
