Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategic roadmap, prioritisation, milestones, and release plans for assigned tools and features.
• Translate user needs into problem statements, epics, user stories, and technical tickets using data and the RICE framework.
• Lead agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvements with engineering partners.
• Develop wireframes and interface concepts, collaborating with UX/UI and frontend teams to improve usability.
• Embed regulatory and statutory education requirements into product specifications.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on commercialisation, go-to-market activities, and release enablement.

Requirements

• Strong experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of UX methodologies and interface best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Productboard, and Slite.
• Practical experience applying data-driven prioritisation frameworks, specifically RICE.
• Proven experience running agile practices and sprint ceremonies, with strong communication and ownership.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the UK school system, multi-academy trusts, or statutory educational data frameworks.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Pendo, or Gainsight.
