What you will do

• Lead day-to-day product execution and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Establish scalable product management processes, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery across distributed teams and improve predictability.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to shape scalable product capabilities and deliver critical initiatives.
• Coordinate product development and go-to-market execution with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Define product metrics and use data, automation, and AI tools to improve prioritisation and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Senior-level experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Proven leadership of product execution in distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
• Experience establishing or scaling product management processes, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to product management.
