Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work in the European timezone; remote-work support is also offered.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap priorities, backlog quality, and measurable outcomes for the assigned product area.
• Conduct regular discovery with gym owners, studio operators, and front-desk staff to identify and prioritize user problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver iterative product improvements.
• Define success metrics, analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence, and evaluate shipped work.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities, including pricing, go-to-market fit, and commercial impact.
• Align stakeholders on product decisions, delivery milestones, trade-offs, positioning, and messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with ownership of complex product areas from discovery through delivery.
• Strong customer-focus, analytical thinking, and experience defining metrics, querying data, and prioritizing under ambiguity.
• Ability to turn high-level vision into a sequenced roadmap with clear success criteria.
• Experience balancing strategic product work with hands-on backlog management in iterative environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work in the European timezone and in a hybrid setup. A university degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or products serving SMB and enterprise operators.
• Experience with platform or multi-tenant SaaS products, including configuration, access control, or white-labeling.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar product analytics tools.
• Understanding of agile ceremonies and experience keeping teams focused across complex backlogs.
• Leadership presence and the ability to maintain momentum through ambiguity.
