Focus on balancing trade-offs across customer value, business objectives, budgets, resources, and timelines while applying Agile delivery, testing, prototyping, and AI-enabled product discovery.

presents a product management opportunity for a software portfolio supporting transportation infrastructure projects and public and commercial customers.
What you will do
- Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery for SaaS and mobile solutions.
- Lead the mobile product strategy for government transportation agencies, public agencies, engineering firms, and commercial customers.
- Translate customer feedback, market research, business priorities, and industry needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Customer Operations to define, develop, launch, and improve product capabilities.
- Manage Agile and Scrum delivery across requirements, development, testing, and releases.
- Use discovery, design thinking, testing, prototyping, JIRA, Confluence, and AI-enabled tools to improve product experiences and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading product prioritization, trade-offs, roadmap development, and delivery timelines as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development, Scrum, SaaS applications, software development lifecycles, and modern product practices.
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate user stories and product requirements into interactive prototypes and make decisions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience at a software company delivering SaaS products.
- Knowledge of road construction, transportation infrastructure, or civil engineering.
- Experience leading software testing and applying design thinking methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools for product discovery, research, and prototyping.
