What you will do

• Lead hirify.global's AI ambition in Growth, focusing on conversational AI and AI-native acquisition surfaces.
• Build an experimentation engine to improve conversion velocity.
• Align the Conversion and Growth Infrastructure roadmaps.
• Manage the PMs in the area and contribute to people topics for all product communities.

Requirements

• Fluency in French & English required.
• 6+ years of product-related experience at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder.
• Experience managing product managers directly, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Experience shipping real growth product yourself: conversion, activation, or referral.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical significance.
• Close to AI, with experience building AI products or a clear view on where to bet and how LLM systems behave in production.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
