What you will do

• Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps strategies used across multiple games and teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to define high-leverage product opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to improve strategy effectiveness, operational efficiency, and tool adoption.
• Make product and design decisions using data, user behavior, and industry best practices.
• Own major feature releases from conceptualization through launch and long-term maintenance.
• Lead and mentor other PMs; create proposals for new LiveOps strategies, tool features, and capabilities while managing risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product with a focus on data-informed decisions and transformative experiences.
• Proven ability to drive and deliver impactful LiveOps strategies and products from 0 to 1.
• Experience working on large-scale, highly KPI-driven products.
• Strong leadership and influence skills, including mentoring and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with Machine Learning products.
• Excellent PRD writing, problem identification, and root cause analysis.

• Experience developing AI products.
• Background in data-rich environments with experimentation and optimization frameworks.
