What you will do

• Lead AI ambitions in Growth by shipping conversational AI for sales flows and AI-native acquisition surfaces.
• Build and scale a high-velocity experimentation engine using A/B testing and learning loops.
• Define and align a coherent product vision across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure crews.
• Manage, coach, and hire a team of Product Managers to increase talent density and craft.
• Develop a modular growth model to enable rapid expansion into new countries.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience, currently at Lead/Group PM level or as a Founder.
• Proven experience directly managing Product Managers (hiring, coaching, performance).
• Track record of shipping growth products (conversion, activation, or referral) using funnel math.
• Expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical significance.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems and their application in production.
• English fluency required; must genuinely care about the healthcare mission.
