Stock Plan Administration Analyst

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines. The role is based in the Manila GBS office and requires coverage aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours, including possible equivalent shifts of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM ET.

What you will do

• Administer global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, and other long-term incentive plans.
• Process grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, cancellations, forfeitures, and employee terminations accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain participant records and perform reconciliations in stock administration systems to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with the Stock Plan Administration Lead, brokers, external administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and support payroll tax, accounting, finance, and audit activities.
• Respond to employee questions and assist with equity compensation communications, FAQs, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, compensation operations, payroll, finance operations, accounting, HR operations, or a related analytical role.
• Public company experience and basic knowledge of equity compensation, payroll taxation, SEC reporting, or financial reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work from Manila on a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Equity Edge Online, E-Trade/Morgan Stanley, Workday, or similar stock administration, brokerage, payroll, or HRIS platforms.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or additional specialization in equity compensation.
