Location: Remote-first; Must be based in the US (excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI)

What you will do
- Own the administration of equity compensation programs, including stock options and RSUs.
- Process grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and terminations via equity management software.
- Maintain accurate equity records and reconcile data across equity and HR platforms.
- Prepare reports for the Compensation Committee and support payroll reporting and tax withholding (Form 3921).
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with plan documents, board approvals, and regulatory requirements (ASC 718, 409A).
- Respond to employee inquiries and drive process improvements for internal controls.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation.
- Hands-on experience with Carta or other equity administration systems.
- Experience with ADP and Workday (or similar payroll/HRIS systems).
- Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules, and tax implications.
- Knowledge of ASC 718, 409A, and related compliance requirements.
- Must be based in the US, excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI
Nice to have
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public company environments.
- Familiarity with SOX controls related to equity administration.
- Experience supporting global equity programs.
