What you will do

• Prepare and review complex journal entries and manage month-end close activities for cash and intercompany accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
• Handle recognition and amortization of prepayments and ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Support internal control procedures, audit requirements, and SOX documentation.
• Drive process standardization and automation using AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in general accounting focusing on Cash, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Prepayments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Blackline, or Gappify.
• Experience working with international entities in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and reporting.
