What you will do

• Administer equity plan activity in Equity Edge Online (EEO), including RSU/PSU grants and option exercises.
• Manage the end-to-end RSU/PSU release process, including tax reconciliations and settlement.
• Oversee ESPP enrollment, contribution tracking, and semi-annual purchases.
• Execute and document SOX key controls over the equity cycle and support internal/external audits.
• Prepare stock-based compensation reporting and support month-end/quarter-end close deliverables.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee equity inquiries and maintain insider trading compliance.

Requirements

• CEP Level 1 (ECA) required; full CEP designation is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of progressive stock administration experience at a public company.
• Hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) is required.
• Strong understanding of equity taxation and SOX compliance.
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and large data reconciliations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, NetSuite, and ASC 718.
• Familiarity with transfer agent processes (Computershare, DWAC) and 10b5-1 plans.
• Experience with Asana for project management.
