What you will do

• Architect and manage global equity-related functions to ensure systems and processes are robust and scalable.
• Coordinate between Finance, Legal, and HR to maintain tax and regulatory compliance across international markets.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of equity awards, including PIUs and MEPUs.
• Manage Section 83(b) elections and coordinate annual 409A valuations with external partners.
• Serve as the lead administrator for Shareworks, maintaining SOX controls and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Design and deliver clear communications to demystify equity compensation for the global workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity accounting and administration across private and public companies.
• Proven ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor on high-impact projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for global reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Mastery of Workday HCM and Shareworks platforms.
• Experience with rapidly scaling international organizations.
