What you will do

• Manage monthly billing across various service lines and process approved adjustment requests.
• Update billing systems with new clients, pricing, and budget changes based on executed SOWs.
• Maintain complete and accurate invoicing records and provide detailed support to the Collections organization.
• Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements and budgets.
• Track purchase order balances and coordinate with Business Development when action is needed.
• Set up contracts and client data within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• B.S./B.A. in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of billing accounting principles.
