Training Operations Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage training operations projects across hirify.global’s product and service lines.
• Lead or support client meetings to present services and gather study and training requirements.
• Develop training plans and delivery schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain project management records.
• Coordinate Education team timelines and deliverables while identifying, tracking, and escalating risks.
• Deploy eLearning curricula and instructor-led training through the Learning Management System.
• Resolve project issues, support onboarding of new team members, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a field relevant to clinical trials.
• At least 2 years of experience in training operations management, project management, or clinical research is highly desirable.
• Experience managing client relationships across professional levels.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, time management, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in adult learning or project management.
• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Experience as a Project Associate, Project Coordinator, Associate Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Clinical Research Associate, or Study Coordinator.
