What you will do

• Facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery of contracted scope for clinical trial projects.
• Create and manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Track delivery against contracted scope, handle change management, and monitor project financials and invoicing.
• Partner with internal and external teams to identify project goals, risks, gaps, and solutions.
• Collate and report project metrics and client feedback to support business unit objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, SOPs, and GCP requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of project management experience (preferred).
• Professional Services delivery experience, including scope and financial management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Industry, EDC/Database implementation, or Data Management (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Project Management and Financial Software.

Nice to have

• Interest in PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and secure data management standards.
