What you will do

• Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices and prioritize territories for the field team.
• Manage the provider referral pipeline, tracking progress from first contact through pre-screening and enrollment.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and enforce data hygiene standards across the engagement team.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports on field activity, referral volume, and conversion SLAs.
• Coordinate the field team's operating rhythm, including meeting preparation and accountability tracking.
• Document SOPs and playbooks to scale provider onboarding and cross-functional handoffs.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in healthcare, pharma, CROs, or health tech.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience building data-driven dashboards.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and a disciplined approach to data quality.
• Full professional English fluency (C1), written and verbal.
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, clinical trials, or patient recruitment.
• Background supporting US-based commercial or medical field teams from LATAM.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape and referral patterns.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
