Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary (Onsite). Working hours: 11:00am to 7:30pm EMEA time.

What you will do

• Coordinate order fulfillment projects and maintain seamless communication between IT, Sales, and Operations.
• Design and execute operational testing plans and UATs for new product launches.
• Ensure cross-functional readiness regarding systems, training, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with product managers to influence design decisions impacting operations.
• Monitor post-launch performance to identify process gaps and operational issues.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary and able to work 11:00am–7:30pm EMEA time.
• Extensive experience in order fulfillment, licensing, billing, and product launch processes.
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional process improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, ideally NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Ability to plan and execute test plans for system and process changes.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
