What you will do

• Support data governance and data management across regulatory reporting processes.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve data quality issues.
• Maintain business glossaries, data definitions, and data quality controls.
• Define and document data lineage across systems and reporting flows.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Contribute to BCBS239 and internal data governance compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, data warehousing, reporting, and database structure knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken, required.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory reporting, BCBS239, data lineage frameworks, or data quality frameworks.
• Business knowledge of banking products, systems, and processes.
