Product Application Engineer (MOS)

What you will do

• Accelerate MOS product design pipelines across China in collaboration with account managers, business development teams, FAEs, and distributors.
• Provide expert tier 2 technical support, training, and guidance on MOS products, roadmaps, and advanced support tools.
• Build relationships with customer design engineers and identify emerging applications, rising-star customers, and competitor activity.
• Collect customer requirements, roadmap feedback, white-spot opportunities, and NPI requests.
• Create engineering design assistance materials, including application schematics, demo boards, and simulations.
• Support marketing initiatives, technical content, and speaking opportunities to increase market visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or electronic engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in power electronics applications, including AC/DC power conversion, motor control, battery management, or energy storage.
• Familiarity with electronic product design processes, including component selection and qualification.
• Experience with MOSFETs and related technologies, prominent ECAD systems, and simulation tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building, and English writing and speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and experience with automotive, industrial, or commercial applications.
