What you will do

• Provide first-line support for the FSE team to resolve complex customer issues not easily handled at the field level.
• Perform remote troubleshooting of customer systems using tools like Zoom and Teams and analyze system logs.
• Develop scripts and specialized tools to assist Field Service Engineers in the field.
• Synthesize and prioritize field issues into engineering problem sets for PE and R&D teams.
• Evaluate R&D solutions and create detailed procedures for field implementation.
• Ensure the reliability and quality of Field Support processes meet mission-critical expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Implementation and Systems Product Engineering.
• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be located in Asia.
• Experience with optical circuits and debugging network hardware and configuration issues.
• Knowledge of high-density Optical and Network test processes.
• Proficiency in Linux and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience with ASICs, DDR3/4, USB, I2C, SERDES, ENET, Optics, PCIE, and board management controllers.
• Understanding of HVAC and customer lab environment requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft PowerBI and Servicemax.
• Advanced Linux administration and software development scripting skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and new product introduction (NPI) flows.
