Senior Business Analytics Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-assisted workflows for recurring business analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
• Automate OKR tracking and create summaries that identify performance status, risks, and causes.
• Analyze customer engagement, health, spend, usage, and lifecycle signals to generate proactive insights.
• Strengthen analytics infrastructure using BigQuery, Tableau, Redash, scheduled queries, and structured data layers.
• Build human-in-the-loop review processes and quality standards for accurate, transparent AI-generated insights.
• Partner with analytics, data platform, product analytics, marketing science, and business stakeholders to promote proactive decision intelligence.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally including BigQuery.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience building dashboards, recurring reports, or automated analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Redash, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Practical experience applying AI tools to analysis, reporting, automation, or workflow efficiency, plus strong documentation and communication skills.
