What you will do

  • Coordinate bid and proposal activities from opportunity review through submission and project handover.
  • Review RFPs and tender documents and ensure requirements are clearly addressed.
  • Support proposal planning, pricing coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor bid timelines, quality, compliance, and associated costs.
  • Produce accurate, professionally written proposal documents and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in bidding, proposals, commercial operations, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of bidding and proposal management, market intelligence, commercial awareness, and contract management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
