💎 Who we're looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in Reconciliation within Payments / Fintech / Banking or other industry
• Experience reconciling data across payment providers, banks, and internal systems
• Understanding of acquiring, chargebacks, payment infrastructure, and cash flows
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets

💎 What you'll be doing:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation
• Match transaction data between internal systems, payment providers, and bank statements
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports based on reconciliation results
• Participate in automation and optimization of reconciliation processes
