We're working with a rapidly growing FX/CFD brokerage — expanding across multiple global markets — to find a Payment Operations Specialist to support their growing Payment Operations function.

This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role, not a technical/development position — perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable being the bridge between external payment providers and internal teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Researching and monitoring payment solutions across different markets
• Analyzing competitors' payment methods and providers
• Communicating directly with existing and potential payment providers
• Supporting the evaluation and selection of new payment solutions
• Coordinating integration timelines with the IT/development team
• Maintaining documentation and operational records
• Acting as the go-to communication bridge between payment partners and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in payments, fintech, PSPs, or a related industry (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills
• Russian language is a strong advantage — the internal development team is Russian-speaking
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple processes at once
• Proactive, responsible, and genuinely willing to learn — no deep technical background required
• Existing contacts in the payments industry are a nice-to-have, not a requirement
