What you will do

• Review and decision daily fraud queue cases for applications and account portfolios, identifying first- and third-party fraud.
• Monitor live transactions to detect high-risk activity from fraud scenarios.
• Manage dispute claims end-to-end, communicating with account holders, reviewing documentation, and filing through portals.
• Drive performance on fraud KPIs to reduce losses while minimizing disruption for genuine customers.
• Balance multiple tasks with high productivity, urgency, and quality decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years in fraud investigations, transaction monitoring, application review, disputes, or BSA/AML monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, track metrics, and meet KPIs.
• Ability to work independently under SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
