What you will do
- Analyze incoming chargebacks daily and identify patterns or issues requiring escalation or investigation.
- Communicate with merchants to collect documentation and information needed to respond to or decline chargebacks.
- Analyze scheme platforms and monitor chargeback flows for timely resolution and compliance.
- Track open cases and follow up with merchants and internal stakeholders to meet service-level agreements.
- Monitor scheme regulation updates and maintain compliant dispute management processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in payment operations, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence working with scheme regulations.
- Understanding of payment flows and financial concepts such as settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and fees.
- Experience in banking or payments operations, especially back-office, dispute resolution, or chargeback environments.
- Clear communication skills and ownership of issue tracking and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Internship or entry-level experience in fintech, payment service providers, or banking operations.
- Knowledge of card scheme regulations and dispute management processes.
