VP, Corporate Payments Product (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $270,000–$336,800 USD annually, plus a comprehensive total rewards package.

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision, product direction, priorities, and roadmaps for corporate payments.
• Lead the development and evolution of payment products, improving customer experience, scalability, capabilities, and commercial performance.
• Convert customer insights, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging payment technologies into product strategies and investment priorities.
• Partner with technology, engineering, operations, sales, finance, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders from strategy through execution.
• Establish success measures and business cases while balancing innovation, customer value, operational requirements, and return on investment.
• Provide executive-level leadership, build alignment across organizational boundaries, and guide modernization of payment capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level product management, product strategy, or related leadership experience in payments, financial technology, banking, or commerce.
• Deep understanding of corporate payments and the design, launch, and scaling of payment products.
• Experience defining product vision, strategic roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business-case development and results analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across technology, operations, commercial, risk, and other functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, customer orientation, communication, executive presentation, leadership, and decision-making skills in complex global organizations.
