Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (expected in office 2-3 days per week)

Salary: $184,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product discovery to uncover customer pain points and test risky assumptions.
• Define long-term vision and strategy for hirify.global Pro workflows tailored for accountants.
• Build iteratively to prove hypotheses and rapidly execute with a focus on user delight and impact.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Measure and optimize key business metrics for payroll task coordination, roles, permissions, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of leading R&D teams to deliver impactful results.
• Strong analytical and product discovery skills.
• Ability to create compelling narratives to drive alignment and action.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.
