AI Engineer (AIOps)

What you will do

• Define AI architecture for critical operations and AIOps use cases.
• Design service-to-infrastructure dependency models using graphs and Petri nets.
• Build data pipelines for impact analysis and what-if simulations.
• Design RAG-based intelligent agents using tickets, metrics, logs, and CMDB data, including retrieval and evidence-citation rules.
• Establish guardrails, command allowlists, action traceability, audit policies, and human oversight for automation.
• Design integrations with ITSM/BMC, Dynatrace, ELK, and Ansible while translating technical failures into business impact.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer on complex software projects.
• Strong coding and debugging skills with Java, Python, .NET, or comparable technologies.
• Experience developing scalable and robust software using established development methodologies.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Certification in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
