What you will do

• Design and own the architecture of production AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build orchestration layers for reasoning, tool execution, memory, workflow state, and human approvals.
• Integrate AI systems with analytical engines, internal platforms, and real-time data sources.
• Design scalable distributed infrastructure with queues, retries, rate-limit management, caching, and fault tolerance.
• Build evaluation frameworks, regression suites, validation layers, and hallucination-mitigation mechanisms.
• Develop recommendation, optimization, and conversational analytics systems for financial-market use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building large-scale production systems.
• 5+ years of experience in applied ML, AI, or data-intensive platforms, including 2+ years operating LLM-powered systems in production.
• Experience architecting complex systems end to end and leading technical decisions for critical components.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, tool-calling loops, orchestration layers, and multi-agent workflows used by real users.
• Experience with financial services, fintech, or trading systems, including electronic trading or capital-markets workflows.
• Experience with real-time data integrations, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native infrastructure, and automated AI evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience with fixed-income products and execution analytics.
• Experience building recommendation or optimization engines.
• Knowledge of model routing, context management, inference cost optimization, and natural-language interfaces over complex datasets.
