Senior Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning (AI)

What you will do

• Build core machine learning systems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product.
• Own ML development end to end, including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
• Turn research ideas into reliable production systems and debug failures using real production signals.
• Iterate on shipped systems by measuring outcomes, refining solutions, and improving user impact.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to integrate ML features into products.
• Mentor and review the work of other ML engineers through technical guidance and example.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• Strong production-quality Python programming and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver ambiguous projects.
• Must be based in Ireland for this remote role.
