What you will do

• Build core ML systems that power a proactive, long-horizon AI product.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
• Transform research ideas into reliable, scalable production systems.
• Debug model failures and system issues using real production signals.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to deliver user impact.
• Mentor other ML engineers through technical judgment and code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
• Proven track record of building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• Ability to write production-quality code and think in terms of systems.
• Must be based in Ireland.
