Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada

Base salary: $145,000–$160,000 CAD per year, excluding bonus, commission, benefits, and equity.

What you will do

• Define and deliver high-impact solutions within a core product area.
• Drive business and customer outcomes by prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities.
• Set product strategy and make decisions based on deep domain expertise and internal collaboration.
• Represent customer needs through research, insight, and empathy.
• Use rapid prototyping, experimentation, and AI tools to improve product development.
• Partner with engineering, design, and teams across the company to shape product direction and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or a related industry.
• Product ownership experience across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, with deep expertise in procurement or accounts payable.
• Experience delivering significant business and customer outcomes in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working in empowered, cross-functional triads with engineering and design.
• Familiarity with AI-native development practices, rapid experimentation, analytical problem-solving, and strategic product ownership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and parallel discovery, design, and development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement, including purchase requisitions, purchase order management, supplier onboarding, or sourcing.
• Experience in accounts payable, including invoice data capture, approval workflows, or payment execution.
