Senior Product Manager - Core Interfaces (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California; New York, New York; Portland, Oregon; or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: US employees: $200,700–$250,900 USD; Canadian employees: $189,700–$237,100 USD

What you will do

• Own and define the direction for high-stakes Dashboard surfaces, starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
• Lead the redesign of the Mercury home page and determine how it supports changing customer needs.
• Design unified logic for tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
• Partner with Command, agents, design, engineering, and product teams that depend on Dashboard surfaces.
• Set strategy and a prioritized roadmap for a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences.
• Present strategy and tradeoffs to leadership and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams.
• Experience developing high-quality user experiences and turning ambiguity into a clear product direction.
• Strong product design judgment and the ability to work closely with designers as a peer.
• Ability to manage complex problems end to end across research, design, engineering, go-to-market, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate independently and lead strategy, sequencing, and execution.

• Experience with cohesive dashboard products in fintech.
