Salary: $200,700 - $250,900 (US) / CAD 189,700 - 237,100 (Canada)

What you will do

• Own and develop the vision for the Dashboard surface, specifically focusing on Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
• Lead a comprehensive redesign of the Mercury home page to optimize user experience and real estate.
• Design unified logic for in-product alerts, lifecycle updates, and tasks.
• Collaborate with Command and other product teams to drive user intent through dashboard surfaces.
• Establish a prioritized roadmap balancing user needs with the requirements of interdependent product teams.
• Partner closely with design to shape the visual and interaction language of core surfaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably on horizontal or platform teams.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguity into a clear, independent point of view and execution strategy.
• Deep design taste and experience working as a peer with detail-obsessed designers.
• Capability to manage complex problems end-to-end, from research and design to engineering and GTM.
