What you will do

• Develop and manage supplier quality processes, including selection, qualification, and onboarding.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to support new part introductions and product launches.
• Facilitate root cause and corrective action plans to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence required due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
• Proficiency with PLM systems such as Arena.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• IPC-A-610 Certification and familiarity with IPC J-STD-001.
• Experience working in ESD environments (ANSI S20.20).
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T.
