What you will do

• Develop and release scalable manufacturing processes for new products and product changes.
• Own design transfer into manufacturing, including tooling, documentation, and line readiness.
• Define, validate, and refine process flows for assembly, integration, rework, and test.
• Set process capability targets and monitor performance using SPC and DOE.
• Identify manufacturing risks early and drive DFM, DFA, and tolerance issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience as a manufacturing or process engineer with hardware experience and strong process development fundamentals.
• Ability to translate design intent into stable, repeatable production processes.
• Strong skills in data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience driving assembly strategy and factory execution with cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR).
