What you will do

• Lead supplier development and qualification for advanced packaging technologies including high-density FCBGA, EMIB-T, and glass core substrates.
• Collaborate with internal and supplier engineering teams to develop building block processes across lithography, plating, and dielectric lamination.
• Manage readiness milestones and ensure suppliers meet all Product Control System (PCS) commitments.
• Design and implement factory technology validation and product certification plans focused on yield improvement.
• Develop detailed micro-schedules for new factory startup activities to ensure timeline alignment.
• Monitor ramp indicators to enable incident-free production ramps and successful capacity introduction.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years experience with a Bachelor's, 4+ years with a Master's, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for yield improvement.
• Experience managing complex projects and delivering results in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Strong foundation in advanced packaging, substrates, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in supplier management or technology enablement.
• Experience with process flow development, FMEA, DOE design, and problem-solving tools.
