What you will do

• Develop and release scalable manufacturing processes for new products and design changes.
• Lead design transfer into manufacturing, managing tooling, documentation, and line readiness.
• Define and validate process flows for assembly, integration, rework, and testing.
• Establish process capability targets and monitor performance using SPC and DOE tools.
• Identify manufacturing risks early and drive DFM, DFA, and tolerance resolution.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or process engineering background with professional hardware experience.
• Expertise in translating design intent into stable, repeatable production processes.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis skills to close quality gaps.
• Experience driving assembly strategy and factory execution with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR laws).
