A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are required.

Salary: $17.75–$25.05 per hour; target compensation is $20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training.
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a structured weekly schedule.
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements.
• Coordinate promotional events and serve as the local program representative.
• Build relationships, maintain existing accounts, and onboard new opportunities.
• Document customer and contractor interactions according to program requirements.

Requirements

• Must reside within a commutable distance of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and travel locally every day.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; ongoing driving-record compliance is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

• 0–2 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience.
